1. Acceptance
By ordering or using a ClovRDP service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies linked from this website. If you do not agree, do not order or use the service.
2. Account information
You are responsible for providing accurate account and contact information and for keeping account credentials secure. Notify ClovRDP promptly if you believe your account or service credentials have been compromised.
3. Orders and payments
Services are subject to successful checkout, payment, provisioning, and availability. Prices displayed in currencies other than USD are reference-rate estimates; the billing checkout determines the final billing currency, taxes, and payable amount.
4. Billing and renewals
Billing periods, invoices, available payment methods, renewal details, and any recurring charges are presented through the billing system. Customers are responsible for reviewing billing information associated with their order and account.
5. Acceptable use
ClovRDP services must be used lawfully and in a manner that does not interfere with the service, network, other customers, or third parties. Customers are responsible for activity performed through their service and for software or content they install or operate.
6. Prohibited activities
You may not use ClovRDP services for unauthorized access, malware distribution, spam, fraud, attacks, infringement, unlawful content or activity, or attempts to disrupt, damage, probe, or misuse systems or networks without authorization.
7. Suspension and termination
ClovRDP may suspend or terminate a service when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, non-payment, prohibited activity, or a material breach of these terms. Where practical, customers may be contacted regarding a remediable issue.
8. Customer responsibilities
Unless a service description expressly states otherwise, customers are responsible for their applications, credentials, data, software configuration, and use of the service. Customers should maintain copies of important data appropriate to their workload.
9. Windows and third-party software
Where Windows or other third-party software is offered, use is also subject to applicable third-party license terms. Windows 10 Pro installation is subject to the Refund Policy, including its non-refundable installation condition.
10. Service availability
ClovRDP does not publish an uptime guarantee or service-level agreement on this storefront unless one is expressly provided for the purchased service. Maintenance, upstream failures, customer configuration, abuse mitigation, and events outside reasonable control may affect availability.
11. Intellectual property
ClovRDP branding, website content, and original materials remain the property of their respective owners. Customers retain responsibility for and rights they lawfully hold in their own content and must respect third-party intellectual-property rights.
12. Limitation and applicable rights
Services are provided subject to the terms presented at purchase and applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits a right or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
13. Changes
ClovRDP may update services or these terms when necessary. The current version will be published on this website. Material changes affecting an active service may also be communicated through available account or contact channels where appropriate.
14. Contact
