1. Information you provide
ClovRDP may receive information you choose to provide when contacting us, using live chat, or interacting with the billing system, such as your name, email address, message content, support information, and order-related details. Do not send passwords or payment-card details through the website contact form or ordinary support messages.
2. Website contact form
The contact form on clovrdp.com prepares an email in your own email application. The storefront itself does not submit or store the form message on a ClovRDP web server. If you send the prepared email, the message is processed by your email provider and the systems used by ClovRDP to receive it.
3. Browser and technical information
When you visit the website, hosting and network providers may process normal request information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as IP address, request time, requested URL, browser or user-agent information, and network or diagnostic data. ClovRDP may use available technical information to operate, secure, troubleshoot, and support the website and services.
4. Theme, currency and local storage
The storefront can detect browser language, timezone, and system color-scheme preferences to choose an initial display currency and light or dark theme. These browser hints are used in the browser for presentation and are not treated as verified physical location. When permitted, localStorage may store clovrdp.theme, clovrdp.currency, and clovrdp.fx.v1 so preferences and cached exchange-rate data can persist. You can remove this data through your browser site-data controls.
5. Currency conversion
Catalog prices are based in USD. For non-USD display estimates, the hosted site requests /api/exchange-rates on the same ClovRDP origin. The server-side endpoint obtains public USD reference-rate data from Frankfurter and validates it before returning supported rates. The endpoint is designed not to forward visitor cookies, authorization headers, timezone, locale, selected service country, plan selections, contact-form data, or payment details to the rate provider. The hosting infrastructure necessarily processes the request used to serve the endpoint.
6. Live chat (tawk.to)
Hosted pages include the tawk.to live-chat widget. Loading or using the widget causes the browser to connect to tawk.to infrastructure, which can process connection information such as IP address, browser request information, cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, or other browser storage used by the widget, and chat/session information. Messages and other information you voluntarily submit through live chat are processed through tawk.to to provide the chat service. The ClovRDP integration does not intentionally send plan prices, payment-card details, or checkout credentials to tawk.to.
7. Billing and WHMCS checkout
Order buttons redirect to a configured WHMCS billing destination for the exact product configuration selected. The storefront does not calculate or submit an authoritative payment amount; WHMCS determines the final billing amount and handles the billing or account information requested during checkout. Information entered after the redirect is processed by the billing environment and any payment provider presented there, subject to their applicable notices and terms.
8. Cookies
ClovRDP’s first-party theme and currency code uses localStorage rather than setting its own cookies. Third-party services loaded by the site, including tawk.to and the billing environment reached after checkout, may use cookies or similar technologies according to their own operation and settings. Browser controls can be used to manage site storage and cookies.
9. Analytics
No separate first-party analytics package is included in the current ClovRDP storefront. The tawk.to live-chat service includes visitor and session functionality as part of providing chat. Hosting and security infrastructure may also produce operational request logs.
10. How information is used
Information may be used to provide and administer services, respond to questions and support requests, process or investigate orders and billing issues, operate and secure the website, troubleshoot technical problems, prevent abuse, and maintain necessary business records.
11. Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only as needed with systems and service providers involved in the relevant interaction. The current storefront uses Vercel-hosted website infrastructure, Frankfurter for public reference exchange-rate data through the server-side endpoint, tawk.to for live chat, and configured WHMCS billing destinations for account and checkout functions. Payment providers may also be involved after you continue to billing, depending on the options presented there.
12. Data retention
Retention depends on the type of information and the system that processes it. Browser theme, currency, and exchange-rate cache data remains in localStorage until it expires, is replaced, or you clear browser site data. Messages, billing records, support records, security logs, and live-chat information may be retained for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which they were collected, operational requirements, dispute handling, security, or applicable legal obligations.
13. Security
ClovRDP uses technical and operational measures intended to protect the website and service interactions, but no internet service or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Customers should protect their own account and service credentials and avoid sending sensitive credentials through chat or ordinary email.
14. Your requests
You may contact ClovRDP to ask about personal information associated with your interactions, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. Some information may need to be retained when required for security, billing, dispute resolution, fraud prevention, or other applicable obligations.
15. Third-party destinations
This website contains links and redirects to third-party or separately operated services. Their privacy practices apply to information they collect directly. Review the information presented by the billing, payment, live-chat, or other service you use.
16. Policy updates
ClovRDP may update this Privacy Policy when the website, integrations, or information practices change. The current version will be published on this page. Effective date: 2 October 2026.
17. Contact
